David Kolb’s Learning Style, for Organization

David Kolb gave four learning styles that are of Diverging, Assimilating, Converging and Accommodating. Each learning style has the combination of two aspects.

Concrete Experience and Reflective Observation are more senses oriented. Abstract Conceptualization has the orientation of analysis, thinking and decision making. Active Experimentation is directly way of doing the things.

Diverging has the combination of Concrete Experience and Reflective Observation.

Assimilating has the combination of Reflective Observation and Abstract Conceptualization.

Converging has the combination of Abstract Conceptualization and Active Experimentation.

Accommodating has the combination of Active Experimentation and Concrete Experience.

But what if the person has the combination of Concrete Experience & Abstract Conceptualization, and Reflective Observation & Active Experimentation?  Is this model is complete in proposing the accurate learning style… HAVE YOUR SAY!
