What is Job Specification ?
What a particular job needs for it’s execution is called – job specification, it includes the following features :
- Qualification
- Job skills
- Experience
- Physique
- General intelligence
- Communication
- Disposition (likable, reliable & persuasive etc.)
- Interest/hobbies
Job specification may differ job to job, in some jobs physique is more important and in some jobs skills are more important. Some jobs demand excellent communication skill and some job may need ordinary skills.
