Knowledge ManagementKnowledge Management is the continuous process by enriching and developing individuals’ knowledge and turning individual’s knowledge into organization knowledge to get profitable and strategic advantage.

Information and experiences make knowledge, and sometimes knowledge is created by qualitative series of idea generation and working upon it.

Types of Knowledge

  • Expressed Knowledge: The knowledge which can be expressed and embedded into works and procedures.
  • Unexpressed knowledge: The knowledge which a person has but unable to codify in words or expressions. These limitations can be overcome by motivation, mentoring and counseling.
