Psychometric Test

Psychometric test is based on aptitude test, ability test and personality test. Aptitude test find out the logical and numeric reasoning. Ability test finds out the awareness and knowledge, and personality test finds out the various natures and characteristics of personality.

Psychometric test is mostly used in recruitment and competency mapping. Most of the Government recruitment rounds are based on psychometric test.
