Survey Research

Survey Research is widely used method of Marketers, and of students involved in professional studies. The purpose of survey research is to take feedback from people for a predetermined matter. Like marketers take feedback from consumer’s taste and preference before launching products or services.

Survey research helps organization in knowing preferences and choices of people against alternatives suggested to them in the form of questionnaires, face to face interviews or telephonic interviews.

The first step of survey research is to chose the topic , then come where we want to do our research done the particular location or area and this is called sample frame, and from how many people feedback will be taken is called sample size.

Next step come to take feedback through questionnaires, observation, interviews and discussion. After collecting these data it is being analyzed by various mathematical techniques and results are being drawn.
