We feel problems, as far as we think we are the body. Our all life problems can disappear right now, if we understand or practice one simple thing. This meditation technique will take only one second or two, and you can do it most of the time; investing no-time at all. Do you want to give this meditation technique a try? Ok, go ahead.
Can you direct or connect your mind and intellect wherever you want and be there with your mind & intellect as long as, you want? Can you do it? Yes, everyone can do it! And this is called – Sadhana.
Before further going into this meditation technique let’s understand two things clearly. Perhaps, you already know it; let’s reinforce again.
One is body consciousness: this is when we feel, we are this body, and we are going to live forever. In body consciousness one feels – all sorts of adjectives and phrases for oneself, like beautiful, ugly, smart, stupid, short, long, jealous, praise, insult, suffering, happiness, sorrow….all sorts of thing for and against the body and senses. And the consciousness is just limited to the body, desires, sense organs and sense objects – when one’s desires doesn’t fulfill. One does upside down lot of things; suffers oneself and gives sufferings to others, and makes the hell out of the body consciousness. Realizing body consciousness is first step to go into soul consciousness.
Soul consciousness: for understanding soul consciousness I’ll recommend you – Astavakra Gita or Isha Upanishad. When you are in soul consciousness, you are detached from body consciousness.
Remember, these two steps – they are simple, yet very powerful. For few seconds feel that you are a body (step 1) and in the next seconds feel that you are a soul (step 2).
Any time, whenever you feel the step2, it will detach you from body consciousness. When you keep on practicing i.e., sometimes Step 1 or sometimes Step2, then lot of things will start improving automatically. Those unwanted feelings of insults, revenge or complexes will vanish.
Keep on practicing this technique; learn to direct your mind and intellect: in one moment in body consciousness and in the next moment in soul consciousness. When you are in soul consciousness, you are beyond body, sense organs and sense objects, you become unified with God consciousness. We are part of the God, and when we come in our original nature (soul consciousness), we start merging with God, and become one.
This meditation technique will take no time of yours. Because whenever you come in soul consciousness, you come in meditative state. And can witness that, your body is doing all the work, you are just witnessing. Ascension means awakening to higher consciousness, it means to come from body consciousness to soul consciousness. When you come in soul consciousness, you start transforming into your original and unstained nature.
Just by reading nothing will happen, until you practice this meditation technique. One moment in body consciousness and second moment in soul consciousness, it’s very easy to direct mind and intellect as this meditation technique tells.
Whenever you can’t control your anger, it’s ok! But do feel it again with soul consciousness. One time feel anger with body consciousness and very next time with soul consciousness. You can clearly notice the difference of both stages, and anger will be less or will be completely gone after few practices.
Apart from anger there are lots of things, originated from you, which you want to control but feel helpless. This meditation technique will help you; you just need to repeat the steps of body consciousness and soul consciousness.
There are uncountable disadvantage of it, you may ruin your relationship, you may feel inferior or superior (both are diseases), you may not forgive others, you may not release the guilt and you may not do meditation. You will be controlled by your sensual desires. You may get stuck for your whole life in body and sense objects – which are decaying and impermanent.
With controlled body consciousness, body will not control you but you will control the body. And you can experience those things for which you are in this body, but with more controlled and proper way. Controlled body consciousness only happens, when you have learned the soul consciousness. And this is only possible with controlled mind and intellect or using a meditation technique.

Well I feel a very powerful thing that when we feel in soul consciousness, we got a deep relaxation & it wants to meet our innerself who is already waiting for it since a long peroid (a crors of yrs) .
