This technique helps to find out behavioral patterns by accessing or tracking the eyes movements of another person.

According various studies it is found that eyes move in Six (6) directions: Left – Up, Horizontal & Down; Right – Up, Horizontal & Down. And with each direction mind does specific activity like accessing stored information or constructing for present or future. This technique is the outcome of researches and experiments done on a number of people.

Let’s check out each of Six (6) directions of eyes and the meaning out of them.

For right-handed People

Eyes movement to left

1. Left and Up: this direction indicates that a person is accessing some stored information, and that is visual, i.e., images or movies.

2. Left and Horizontal: this direction indicates that a person is accessing some stored information, i.e., auditory.

3. Left and Down: this indicates that a person is thinking about the self, you can also call it to deep thinking or inner talks.

Eyes movement to right

1. Right and UP: it indicates a person is constructing something visual or making planning in present or for future.

2. Right and Horizontal: it indicates a person is constructing something auditory in present or for future.

3. Right and Bottom: it indicates that a person is having kinesthetic feelings (emotions, hot, cold, pressure, sensations, flexibility, stiffness or sweat etc.)

Do some practices for accessing or tracking others eyes

• Ask your friend what color of dress s/he wore yesterday. (S/he will move eyes to the left and up)
• Ask your friend what color s/hw will wear tomorrow. ( S/he will move eyes to the right and up)
• Ask your friend how about his/her favorite song. (S/hw will move yes to the left and horizontal)
• When you found somebody in deep thinking or self analysis you will find his/her eyes to the left and down.

How to find lies through eyes movement

Ask someone about the lie and just track or access to his/her eyes, if the eyes contradict to what s/he says – s/he might be telling lies to you. And if eyes do not contradict – s/he might not be telling lies to you. Example: if you ask something about the past and his/her eyes moves to the right up or horizontal to construct something…it means that person is creating some story rather than telling you the truth. But don’t consider it 100% accurate, this is just for gaining additional insight from other person eyes, and exceptions are everywhere.

For left-handed people

For left-handed people the direction will be reversed (mirror image of right-handed), i.e., if for right-handed person Visual Auditory for accessing stored information is: left and top; for left-handed it will be: right and top.

For ambidextrous people

Ambidextrous people are not as much as right-handed and left-handed are. Just a few practices with ambidextrous will let you know whether their eyes movements are like of right-handed or left-handed.

This technique should be learned by practices and experiences because this pattern is based on the sample study, and it might be quite possible in some people that right-handler might behave in eyes movements like left-handler. The scope of researches in any studies is never end.
