Connect to Subconscious & Be a Buddha

BuddhaWell, this is the foundation of everything let it be Spirituality, Meta-Physics or the advance approaches like Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Subconscious mind is the first and last step between a man and the God; when one goes beyond it things like meta-physics, NLP or whatever related to mind are also get failed.

If you want a good life you need to connect with it, it has number of automatic programs made by your memory which keeps on executing itself, and we are all about to whatever our memory is – isn’t it?

Most of the great scriptures, where there are number of meditation techniques are also based on first connecting to subconscious and later on merging with universal consciousness. The problem happened in society is that we treated our self-realized ancestors like God; if we have treated them like scientists we could have learned much better from them.

The things which do not happen consciously happen subconsciously or say unconsciously. And if you start connecting with those things you can expand your consciousness and awareness and can have much better control over mind. The fact is that to be a Buddha one needs to go beyond all the mind related stuff, but connecting to subconsciousness can help you in the way to become a Buddha; when this experience matures Buddhahood is also explored.

You can connect with your subconsciousness in the following ways –

  • Get connected with your breath: Jus feel it, witness it – as the way it is. The great book “The Secret of Golden Flower” and the widely used meditation technique “Vipassana” also elucidate this fact. You can feel or witness it in number of ways: first is to see as it is, second is to see the gap between incoming and outgoing breath and third is to see where incoming breath touches in your body let it be your heart or stomach.
  • Get connected to the movements of your eye-lids; just feel them as the way they are. Or, connect with your eyes movements without controlling them.
  • Get connected to the sensations that happen in your body when you sit, walk, touch or feel something whether emotionally or physically.

You just need to witness or feel them, as the way your breath, eyes and sensations are. They are the part of your subconscious and, you need to do in natural ways only.
