Ufff, they are – the thoughts. But, you can control them!

I’ll not talk about karma but I can suggest you one simple thing that will help you immensely in controlling thoughts.

That is –

“Take care of your emotions and your thoughts will be controlled.”

Emotions drive thoughts and if you are able to divert your emotions, you can easily control thoughts. Emotions are much powerful than the thoughts, they can create thoughts as well as they can end thoughts.

For example: if you are having emotions of love then you will have all love thoughts, and if you have emotions related to your career then you will have career thoughts, likewise if you have spiritual emotions then all spiritual thoughts will come. So to change emotions for changing thoughts is very crucial.

Emotions actually charge you and you act according the type of emotions you have. More powerful emotions make powerful will power. If emotions are good they will take you to good direction and if bad then to bad direction.

Always take care of your emotions not about the thoughts because every single thought originate from the emotions. If you directly work on thoughts, you will work on periphery and less chances to get success. Emotion is the seed of thoughts cut or change the seed and the problem is solved.

Emotionalizing for changing thoughts

Suppose you want to change love thoughts, for this just start emotionalizing yourself with another emotions i.e., let’s say: spiritual emotions; just start having spiritual emotions and your love thoughts will be taken over by spiritual thoughts.

Emotions are very powerful tool in changing thoughts as well as for happiness. If you choose one type of emotions that make you happy and stay with it, it will help you to use all the scattered energy in one direction and you will be having most productive results.
