How to decide: what do you want in life?

This question “what I want in my life?” becomes headache sometimes, when our life is totally influenced by others and this influence is also the cause of low self-esteem or vice-versa.

It is not too late, if you looking for “what I want?” you also are getting to know the real meaning of your life.

There are two things responsibilities and expectations, if you have the responsibilities to take care of your parents, child and wife – it’s wonderful! But you are not born to fulfill anybody’s expectations, it’s your life, you need to live in your own way to do what you actually want.

You will never be comfortable and satisfied in your life if others take your decisions; they drive your life as if you are a brainless person. And the deadliest damage occur is of – low self esteem. You are not born to become weak and to lead an unsatisfied life.

What will People think? If I do what I really want.

It’s your life or people’s life, who will decide? Let the people think, they are the people who never did what they really wanted – so they feel offended and jealous; otherwise you will be appreciated!

What you want & your responsibilities?

‘What you want’ should not take away from your responsibilities; just try to find out a viable path where you can cater the both. I have seen people leaving their kids and wife in the name of self-realization (may be inspired from Gautama Buddha) well this is non-sense and unethical. And that was also realized by Buddha when his wife asked him: “what was the problem in self-realization with her and the child?”

What you want & your inner voice?

Your inner voice is the truth, try to listen to it and you will easily get to know all the things you really want. And then follow it with full faith and non-dual mind.

What you want & results?

Write down what you want and decide a time frame to accomplish that, and give it all the energy of your faith, thoughts & emotions and success will be yours.
