Meditation is necessary before sleeping: 5 easy reasons

You twist and turn the whole night; well, this is not sleeping at all!

Somebody insulted you; or didn’t get something you wanted and you remember it and feel hard to sleep. Too much excitement or feeling low or any worries are hindrance in sleeping.

Just before sleep, have you noticed that how many types of whole day’s bad or good impressions you have in mind?

Well, I don’t know what your problems are, but I have a remedy, tested and certified by millions of people and that is Meditation. Here are five reasons why meditation is necessary before sleeping.

For better health
If you can’t sleep well at night, you may not get better health. Just try to see the healthy people and their sleeping habits, you will find they sleep very well. Good sleeping re-energizes  the body and the mind; gives freshness and heal the tired part of brain and muscles. Sleeping is like a fuel, better you will sleep and better you will be able to work.

For reducing insomnia
Too much thinking about past and future is the cause of insomnia. Meditation helps you to keep in present and you get better sleep. And meditation is also wonderful alternate of sleeping pills, pills are dangerous to health even they give you temporary relief. But meditation gives you permanent relief at no cost at all.

For not to travel in bad astral world
In half sleeping condition, if our thinking is not proper; our astral body may go anywhere and often we wake up terrified in night and say: we saw a bad dream. If mind is calm and thinking is proper, we’ll not see that sorts of unwanted dreams. And Meditation really helps, and it helps a lot.

For being calm and natural throughout the night
Meditation works for mind and body as well. Meditation works for both periphery and cellular level. Tight and tensed body often cause discomfort, when we do meditation the body and mind both gets relaxed and we remain calm and natural throughout the night.

To meet the desired person or go to desired place
Yes, you can direct your dreams also; just before sleeping order yourself that you will see certain God or Angle, and mind will project them for you; but it happens after constant practice of meditation. Or, if your consciousness is already developed, you can do it on the very first day.
