Upanishads say a soul is ever pure, unstained, and eternal; it can’t be killed or destroyed or harmed in any way. And moreover… a soul is God (read Isha Upanishad). Most of the spiritual Gurus and books claim about soul purity, irrespective to mind’s impurity, mind is considered separate from the soul. Here, mind isn’t the brain (a physical aspect) –otherwise astral travel isn’t possible. But, how a soul can separate from the mind? A mind appears to be the part of the soul … within the soul.

There are two concepts of Karmayog: one is where people never believe in the existence of God, hence they understand doing Karma (work) with full awareness and concentration is Karmayog; a large number of people support this meaning. The second is: where people believe in the existence of God, and do all the karma (work), while remembering to the God. Read More »

He says, “he can reach anywhere to any number of people at a time and can help them.” She says,” she gets to know who is suffering; she goes to them, heal them and comes back.” Even, I have experience: once, someone came to me, put his hand over my head and said, “Get up, its morning.” Angels come to everyone; some people are able to notice them and some not. “Stuck in body” means “stuck in karmas,” and with body-consciousness there is no-way out to get rid of the vicious cycle of karmas (frustration as a gift). Here are three steps to go beyond karmas, in the most natural and spiritual ways.
First step
Be in soul-consciousness: understand yourself as a soul, (some people say soul lives in the heart, and some say it lives between the two eyes-brows; It’s up to you what you feel like) feeling is just enough. When you feel that you are a soul; things related to body consciousness fall away in a “moment.” Feeling oneself as a soul is the real identity, where the 5 vices, i.e., sex, anger, greed, attachment and jealousy, never exist. And advantage is that, no karmas are created doing things in this “true” feeling. The separation from 5 vices and other conflicting affairs looks clear, and a mind becomes free to experience peace and bliss. Read More »

No second person can check your spiritual progress; it’s you that only know. Spirituality never “only” means to just chanting mantras, doing meditation or rituals; it means inner “purification” and “transformation,” whether it is by just an understanding, or by mantras or anything. Spirituality is independent, and beyond any religion, group or ideology; it is a shift from non-being into being, from non-existence into existence.
There are few check points, which you may consider for yourself (Pls. never do for others); whether you are going spiritual, or are under some false impressions. Read More »

Infected food ruins the body – we all know this; when we have no food to eat and feel hungry, then eat anything whatever we find; just try to see the poor children (below the poverty line), to quench burning hunger they look into dust-bin or junk without any problem. Even, they get fatal diseases, but no solution for hunger, what to do!
Same way, when we don’t have right things to think (and do), we start thinking something “negative,” and fall in depression. Actually, no one wants to think “negative” but in the absence of “positive thoughts,” any thoughts (negative or waste) can come.
There are following ways to avoid depression
1. Note down all the things whatever you are thinking these days, and rewrite them in positive sense. Read More »

Every creation of God has some quality, as well has mastery and expertise in particular skill. Most of the “yoga exercises” come from animals; they live more naturally and attuned with nature than humans. Trees, rivers and mountain, all have something to teach us, even just their presence in our life make use refresh and alive.
Only humans aren’t motivational consultants. Real motivation comes from real elements; here is a list about what we can learn from nature and its dwellers. Read More »

Osho says, “God is not a solution, but a problem.” Even “Osho” is also a problem to some people, and solution to some people. It’s what we take things, depends upon our perceptions and projections.
When I think or search about God; sometimes I feel I’m doing very spiritual work, and sometimes feel “I’m a great fool,” great fool because “I don’t know about myself completely,” and yet looking for a God. Every-time, I search for God, I get back to myself. And I am “okay” with it. “4 things about God” are the things I hear from others (God never told me); even those things help me, but never suit me; maybe it is right, as J.Krishnamurti says “Truth is pathless land,” or “everyone needs to discover one’s own path,” as I believe. Life is the name of learning and improving. Sometimes, learning and improving happen automatically; and sometimes one needs to force oneself for improvements – especially when the environment is not good, e.g., like the below situation of a son with his father.
Couple of months ago, a professor, highly qualified, complete with all the “if and buts” of life – full of etiquettes and attitudes, was just talking in bullshit language to a small shopkeeper. Telling to his little son, “how he contradicts himself?” This is hypocrisy, not an improvement. I’m just thinking about the little kid, “how he will gain insight from his father behavior?” Or, “Will he become like his father?” Anyway, I leave it to God. You can find couple of incidents in every-day situations, where self-improvement is no more than self-deception. Read More »
