How to Transform Intense Emotions with Awareness?

It is three step process and very easy to do.

If you do as the technique says, you will be able to transform your intense emotions.

When emotions are intense, our whole body and mind both are charged with that, and we start flowing where our emotional-charge leads us to. And it ends with unwanted results. The three step process to transform emotions is very simple. Initially, it may look like not working or may look hard to do – but if you do it, not only you would able to transform emotions but also you can improve your consciousness level.

1. Recognize your intense emotion

This is first step, whenever any emotion of anger, hatred, jealousy, or even of sexual desire comes. Just recognize the vampire, let it come; don’t ever try to suppress. Suppressed emotions are far more dangerous; they never ends but become stronger and ruin the whole personality.

2. Give a forced pause

You have to do it. Until you give a forced pause, emotions will not transform. Try for few seconds in the beginning and stretch it up to one minute. You can do it; you will have lot of advantages out of it.

3. Watch the emotion

Time duration of forced pause brings transformation; just watch the emotion during forced pause. And don’t be judgmental, just watch without any meaning. And you will be surprised to see – that intense emotion has diffused by your awareness.

Clarifications –

Ending emotions without awareness is suppression, and expressing emotions without awareness leads to uncontrolled emotional-charge that ends with unexpected results.

Awareness is very potent force, if you brings it to intense or unwanted emotions, they cannot stay in-front of it.
