What if, you don’t know about healing energies, or, somehow, have no time to learn about them, or, may be, you have limited budget, and it’s hard to spend money.
First of all, I pray for your abundance in physical, monetarily and spiritual health. And, I want to tell you, God has made each of us with all the required tools and equipments to live a blissful life. We’ll use those tools and techniques.
Awareness
It puts everything all right. Most of the people who do meditation on mindfulness know the power of awareness. It might look a bit strange to those people who have never been in touch with meditation and spirituality kind of stuff. But, believe me “awareness” has awesome power; it heals the body, mind and emotions. It is the tool that God has gifted us.
How to heal through awareness?
I know, before starting, you’ll choose less disturbance place or of no disturbance, and it is good if you sit somewhere there and close your eyes to avoid visual distraction.
Ok, let’s start!
Complete body cycle
Close your eyes and take your awareness in your head inside each organ (you won’t see anything, only awareness goes there, you only feel that), after head, take your awareness into your throat, then, take to both shoulders (one by one)…chest…stomach…thighs (one by one)…both legs…both toes. And, now back from your toes…to…head – thus, one “body cycle” with full of awareness completes. Repeat many times as you can, when I used to do it, I used to take somewhere between 15-25 minutes for a cycle. Initially, you might take 5-10 minutes for a cycle. But, you please do forget the time and do as you feel convenient, there is no rule of time. When you have finished your cycles, you’d feel much lighter than before, and healed also.
For specific organs
While making cycles, try to put your awareness most of the time in and around the diseased part of the body organ, where you want the healing.
REMEMBER: your awareness is the healing, more you take it in your body and to the diseased organs more they will be healed.
