Bad situations come to everyone, just forms are different; for someone it comes in the form of money problem; for someone it comes in the form of relationship problem, and for someone it comes in the form of medical problem. It is life! We don’t know what may happen in the next moment.
And, when we don’t motivate ourselves in bad situation, it becomes worse, more terrible than before, and, the following things could happen:
There are four ways, that I suggest to keep motivated to oneself in bad situations; sometimes, only one sentence opens our eyes, and we get back to track controlling bad situation with full authority. In the following four ways, no one is lesser, each good word, each good sentence is important that returns back our vigor and vitality, that are most needed during bad situations.
Books: inspirational books of good authors are the source of motivation. It is good to read these kinds of books, e.g., Echart Tolle, Waye Dyer, etc. There are plenty of authors, just read that book, which you feel like –fueling energy in you.
Scriptures: scriptures of every religion are good, you can read any scripture, all are good. Like, Mahatma Gandhi used to read Bhagawat Gita, whenever he felt like "stuck in life."
Motivational and inspiring quotes: some quote has the meaning of ocean; they are very potent force to rekindle our dormant energy. It is always good to paste some inspiring quotes where you pass most of the time; the best areas are your office, your drawing-room and bed-room.
Good friends: they are the best source of motivation, but talk only to those (when you need motivation) who talk positive and constructive, and have good understanding and sense.
Other ways to keep oneself motivated are to watching good movie, listening meaningful songs, watching inspirational talk-show, listening to spiritual gurus, reading some articles from some magazine or newspaper. Getting motivation in bad situations isn’t too hard; you just need to try for it.
