Without giving a second thought to the contradictions and prejudices of mind, just go, and check out the feel of healing energies of the following three spiritual organizations.

I miss Reiki here, one of the healing energies; I read about it, never practiced as such, so I’m leaving it in this article. But, I’ll appreciate if one of you share your experience (real please!) about Reiki energy.

Before coming to three types of healing energies, I would like to tell you a little story: wherever (to spiritual gurus) I went to learn something, their followers always pulled my leg; they thought (convincing me) their technique and teachings are the greatest, of course, why not? I never doubt (who am I to do so?). But, I believe that people should feel to live in abundance, in spirituality also, when, there are lot of things to learn (but, learn one thing at a time and work on it). Now, three types of healing energies go as followings:

Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi

She is the founder of Sahaj-yoga (check the website), the energy, first time, I felt in her meditation, I felt enlightenment is just about to happen. The sweet vibrations (little cooler) throughout my hands and at my crown chakra, were too good. And the amazing things I felt, apart from doing her meditation, whenever I read her book (any article about her and the technique), the sweet vibrations started coming in my body. This sweet energy is supposed to heal disease and other areas of life, the main flow of this energy are from crown chakra and from both hands, and one can also feel this energy in the whole body.

Shri Avadhoot Baba Shivananda Ji

Baba ji gives various Dikshas (check the website), and the healing energy he gives to the seekers is called “Sanjivini Shakti,” it is said to be golden yellow in color, and it is supposed to heal most of the diseases and other problems of life.

In my experience: I felt this energy, and do feel when I invoke it and no-doubt it also heals the pain (when I have, i.e., in head, legs, etc.). This energy is little warmer in nature, and I heard this energy is available to Indians only (means, the right to give to others). But, I don’t know apart from Baba Ji, who else, has this energy (to give others). The important thing is: no one can use this energy to harm someone or to some bad purposes, this energy only works for positive and constructive things.

God Father Shiva

Brahma Kumaris maintain the records of God Father Shiva (God), Father himself comes time to time in a human body (supreme soul comes into human body), and whatever God says all are recorded and are turned as “teachings.” All the BK sisters have nothing (teachings) of their own, they only spread the messages of God Father Shiva, and you can also receive the God’s messages, just go at nearby center (check this link to find out) and ask to receive God’s messages.

The healing energy: awesome, unexplainable, when I followed God’s teaching, the nectar like feeling in each cell of my body, even in my breath and in touch of eyelids too – I never felt anywhere. And, this feeling come whenever I follow the teachings of God Father Shiva. Believe it or not! Brahma Kumaris are awesome!

There are lots of meditation techniques, where you may not get sign of any energy (at gross level), but you will feel lighter and happier; the great example is “Vipassana,” that is awareness based meditation. And, I do recommend it for everyone (website link).
