Main causes and disorders due to lack of sleep

Everyone wants better sleep at night, a sound and relaxed sleep. A good sleep is the greatest "healing," it heals… refreshes and enlivens both to the mind and body, and prepares with new energy for the next day. When sleep is disturbed, life is disturbed.

What a disturbed sleep can give you? It can ruin your mental, emotional and physical health, and if you have some divine power to control your sleep then it is another matter, but here we are talking about a person who gets disturbed due to lack of sleep.

Due to lack of sleep:

Decision making decreases: due to lack of sleep a person is hard to decide what to do, even he does, force himself to do the things, but he has lost his alertness and does the work…just for the sake of doing.

Emotional indifference comes: emotions only work when mind works properly, when it goes down, emotions also go down.

Body becomes tense and rude: tiredness of emotions and thoughts spread all over the body, and it becomes tense, rude and less cooperative.

Problems in eyes: eyes suffer the most, mild hardness or sometimes pains in eyes come, and in some cases dark circles below the eyes start building.

Eating habits suffers: most of the time a person start taking coffee, tea, liquor or other things excessively to stimulate the mind, and normal eating habits don’t sustain.

Efficiency and productivity decreases: the work which needs a standard time finishes in more time, and "hard to do," and "how to do" remain.

Memory decreases: it doesn’t function properly because it needs rest; it sometimes works and sometimes hangs.

Indolence and fatigue comes: due to lack of sleep, it starts happening, for someone it happens in the beginning, for someone in middle or for someone in the end; and sometimes intermittent blow of indolence comes.

Anxiety comes: when one wants something, and body & mind are uncooperative then anxiety starts happening.

…and there are lot more things that can happen.
