How to end anxiety just by closing the eyes?

There are lots of things to end anxiety, but this time I’m suggesting a simple understanding to end the anxiety.

Whenever you feel anxious, just find a corner, sit there, close your eyes and find out the things which are pulling each-other, means contradicting each other. If things are not in your hand, then you can’t do anything, right! If things are in your hand, maybe, you need some resources or time to end those contradictions which are pulling you apart. But, we assume there are contradictions and nothing can happen in a moment, other than the anxiety.

Fine! Now, the solution is that, don’t try to escape, don’t avoid, just take the facts as they are; if there are contradiction, let them be – just understand that there are contradictions and do nothing. The main root of anxiety develops when we try to escape or try to avoid the facts. And this is only the difference between a person who gets anxious and who doesn’t get anxious in a similar situation.
