Osho No-mind or Gibberish Meditation Technique

This technique is little strange, where one speaks meaningless things which neither one understands nor others understand. In the book "Meditation, the first and last freedom," it is said that this meditation technique is based on the method of a Sufi Saint, who used to speak nonsense things because he used to think mind is just like that only – and he used to say when one sets aside mind like that, one gets to know the taste of one’s soul.

The book I have it tells three steps: in the first step, one speaks or sings meaningless thing, whatever comes to the mouth (like children used to do) – but remember with awareness; in second step, one just witness the thoughts going away, and in third step one feels the silence.
