Why thoughts trouble you? Solution!

You start thinking “something,” your heart goes down, your breaths deeper and fast, fully opened eyes, and thoughts moving around and around, everywhere … and you scream; maybe, tears float silently; or cry, face stuck in the pillow. If it happens with you; now, it is the time not to let it happen again.

Thoughts have no power, absolutely – no power. But, as soon as, you identify yourself with thoughts, you start feeding them … as soon as, you start giving them energy by concentrating over them, they start disturbing you.

Just stop giving energy to your thoughts.

If they come let them come; if they go let them go. Don’t hold them. Don’t stretch them. Do “nothing” with them. Let them come and go by themselves. Your slight (slight!) attention to thoughts can give them enough energy to disturb you. Attention is their food; give them no attention and see how much free you feel from your thoughts.
