“Suppose a handsome guy and a beautiful girl, having hand-in-hand, smiling and laughing, are walking on a road.” People are so judgmental, most of think that they are girlfriend-boyfriend stuff. That’s why sister and brother have left enjoying their relation at public places – they’re scared of judgments.

In fact, they’re not scared of judgments but they’re scared of “nonsense.”

Because, hardly people know “how to judge” rest only know how to throw nonsense on other people, they color external things with their feelings, emotions, ideas and the truth or untruth whatever they have – and think they drew a perfect picture to judge somebody or somebodies. OMG! This is not the definition of judgment at all.

The problem with the word “judgment” is that. This word is “of” higher consciousness and “for” higher consciousness. It is not for those people who can’t see things beyond the sensual perceptions, and for them the commandment is “don’t judge anybody!” Otherwise they may commit crime to judge somebody “wrongly.” Because our actions don’t tell who we are, but our intentions, the internal aspects behind the actions – tell who we are, and the person who can’t see behind and beyond the senses can’t access them.

People give emphasis to follow just one Guru, and give analogy of one patient versus one doctor. But they forget that these days multiple doctors treat a single patient, someone checks the body, someone checks the heart, someone brain … someone writes reports for ultrasounds and other check-ups – and on a whole, the set a patient “all right.”

“Drink from any river the water is same.” If water is different… think twice !

What we repress comes from the back door with full screen and gets played and we scream and criticize. This is why it is said the world mirrors us, the parts of ourselves which we repress or distort thinking in some belief it is not right, that repressed part or call the blocked-energy is displayed everywhere around us – and gives us a sort of discomfort.

The people who criticize (a lot!) generally have blocked-energy, it gives them an unease the things which they have repressed are in full bloom with others.

Great understanding about third eye, and other chakras. Thanks Sadhguru!

The true spiritual knowledge is something which helps us to know the purpose of our lives and helps us to get that.

The true spiritual knowledge never binds nor it sets the limit rather it gives profound crystal clear understanding.

It makes us independent, it wakes us to roar what we are. It grounds us in our own source, in our own identity.

It returns us the parts of ourselves which we have lost in pain and suffering and in other ups and downs of the life.

Greatest signs of a true spiritual knowledge

Thoughtlessness: it will send you beyond the mind, in “I am” jut the “I am,” — a feeling of existence but no mind exists there.

Unblocking: it clears the blockages, whatever is stuck inside the mind, it clears those things.

Universal applicability: it doesn’t bind for a particular path or group. It’s more like a breathing air — available to everyone across the limited boundaries.

With every breathe-in and every breathe-out, we want to feel satisfied. This satisfaction is end result which drives from pleasure, happiness, or call it “bliss.” This pleasure is something which is not opposite of anything but the first need of our existence — to feel good.

“The small-small great things like playing with kids or playing child like, enjoying nature, enjoying our own body and its good habits: like painting, gardening and other creative works. Loving people unconditionally … etc.,” — when these are, which give flexibility, pleasure and integrate our whole being, are missed from the life. To fill the gap, a pleasure looking creature starts finding them in tobacco, liquor and in other unethically accepted things — and with each ring of smoke and sip of liquor and with their chemical changes in the body and mind, a person thinks “this is pleasure.” Though the taste is not sweet but it changes consciousness at some ignorant level which somehow not satisfactory, yes not satisfactory but only addictive.

It is good when on Facebook someone pokes you, message you, or comments on your public feed — and you do not want to reply to that fellow.

But it is not good, when:

- We do not help a person who meets with an accident.

- We do not donate little part of our money to those who are dying without food or medical support — rather start singing the song of the law of karma.

- We do not stand for the protection, when somebody (or a gang) beats someone brutally at the public place — we just turn off our heads.

- We do not stand to fight against injustice occurred to someone.

-

-

- and lot more things.

Breathing to alter consciousness. Much more here. And, here.

Generally we take breath from one nostril and after some time take from the other. The breath from left or right nostril keeps on changing as per our thoughts, work and energy patterns.

But it is said, when we breathe-in and breathe-out from both the nostrils (at the same time) we get equanimity of the mind, of the left and right brain.

Check sometime, how do you feel when you breathe-in and out from both the nostrils. Do you feel more calm and composed?

We sometimes wonder or jealous to become like someone we admire — whether it is a spiritual guru, some angel or other person of our dream.

And most of us think about their good luck, destiny or say whatever…their good karmas, etc., for their success, and think they got everything so easily, in short span of time. But this is not the fact, we miss the work that they have done behind the curtains.

For instance, if we take a spiritual guru and think for a moment what work they’ve done to speak with such insight and profoundness — we find he must have studied and worked a lot understanding humans, psychology, life, relations, society, metaphysics and things of beyond the mind. It takes years of work in those things with dedicated efforts and all he energy into them. And when they ripe, they fall as a gift to the humanity.
