Most of unjustified (what was my fault? sort of) hurt and deeply wounded people have a fire of revenge. I think, in this fire chances are to commit more errors, as a revenge-mind isn’t a calm mind and chances are to make unjustified revenge, eventually making extra baggage of Karma, which isn’t good.

I think, anybody shouldn’t punished more than his bad karmic acts. Things shouldn’t go beyond the right proportion of judgement, otherwise it will fire back.

With “calm mind” and not with revenge-mind, the right proportion of revenge can be better determined.
