Human Resource Management Versus Human Resource Development:

HRM: It encompasses everything related to hr; like: recruitment , selection, training & development, rewards, relations, health, safety & welfare, and exit of employees.

HRD: It is a development part of HRM. It includes training and development, performance appraisal, potential appraisal career planning, quality of work life  etc.
