How about if you get a key … when you smell a flower, you become like that, carrying its softness, freshness, and fragrance within … when you hug a tree, you feel your roots are going down and down and you are up in the sky … when you play with kids, you live innocence with a heart wide open … when you see any person, a friend or a foe, you appreciate your diversity … when you see sky, you become sky … when you see mountains, rivers and birds, you become like them.
How about if you get a key … that dissolves your dysfunctionality and limited mind, that sets you free from rooted beliefs and ends all separations … that makes you the real you … and that makes your heart happy.
Here is the key: It is the key to understand, one life is expressing everywhere. Everywhere!
Bliss is divine experience, who realizes it, knows the worth of it. It never arises from sensual objects, it is impossible by drugs and other mediums of sensory indulgence. It is never based on ideologies and beliefs; it is unstained, unfathomable, but can be experienced.
The people, who don’t enjoy meditation & spirituality, because they never feel bliss in life with that. And, often told their past karmas are heavy, and bliss is possible to enlightened people. But, the base of bliss is not meditation or Guru’s grace alone. The base, the strong foundation is something else.
It is only – purity.
Bliss in life comes from purity. No matter what kind of extra ordinary meditation technique you do, but if you don’t have purity, you can’t have the bliss in life. No purity and no bliss; more purity and more bliss in life – formula is simple.
But, a Guru who is “Rajoguni” can’t talk about “purity,” because he, himself doesn’t follow. He’d say eat awesome, drink awesome and live awesome. In eating, drinking and living, there are three kinds of aspects – Tamoguni, Rajoguni and Satoguni. And, with Tamoguni & Rajoguni state bliss is impossible. Bliss is possible with the pure, the Satoguni state.
The transformation in life is to become “pure” at physical, emotional, mental and memory level, and these further extend into relations, values of life, way of living, attitude, behavior…and into other subtle and gross aspects of life.
If you practice purity, you start living in bliss, more purity and more bliss; ultimate purity and ultimate bliss in life. Without purity bliss is impossible.

*Satoguni: pure; Rajoguni: semi-pure; Tamoguni: impure.
If we look into the word “unconditional,” un= not, conditional= bondage, dependency, or say loop of “expectation-fulfillment-misery (unfulfilled expectation brings misery).” Being unconditional is nice, but, it is not “external,” as people say, they need unconditional “love,” and “relations.” If you “need,” you are starting from a “condition,” then, how can you remain unconditional? Dig within! One can’t need or expect unconditional things, if one does, then, things become conditional. And, it doesn’t matter how loud the drum you beat to tell you are “unconditional,” but within you, you better know.
The person, who is unconditional, he never claims his un-conditionality to himself and to others, because making claims is also a condition to “prove” something. But, yes, other can say to that person – the source of unconditional things, and then, the real meaning of unconditional comes.
We feel great three times in life, the first two are easy, but temporary also; the third one needs determination, when it is fixed, it gives "feeling great" for life time.
First: listening & reading
When we listen to great spiritual gurus, motivators or other persons who really inspire us, transforms us; we feel great during that time. Same also happens when we read great books, scriptures or some great article. We, somehow, are unable to re-enforce it in real life, and, "feeling great" ends.
Second: telling & explaining
At the time of telling or explaining good things in detail to others, "feeling great" comes, and like above it remains during that time period only. But, the people whose profession is only to explaining scriptures or talking about awareness etc., they have "feeling great" for longer times, but not permanent.
This question “what I want in my life?” becomes headache sometimes, when our life is totally influenced by others and this influence is also the cause of low self-esteem or vice-versa.
It is not too late, if you looking for “what I want?” you also are getting to know the real meaning of your life.
There are two things responsibilities and expectations, if you have the responsibilities to take care of your parents, child and wife – it’s wonderful! But you are not born to fulfill anybody’s expectations, it’s your life, you need to live in your own way to do what you actually want. Read More »

If you want to be happy, set a goal that commands your thoughts, liberates your energy, and inspires your hopes. - Andrew Carnegie
