Researches say from head to toe, a human body completely changes itself within a year. Older cells go, newer cells come — and this process goes on. Then what cause the same disease permanently to be in the body?
The answer is — our beliefs! Most probably I think. Our beliefs create the energy patterns and these energy patterns are blue-prints of our healthy or unhealthy life, and even to our success or failure in life. They work as exact as certain as our beliefs are.
Unfortunately as I see the most of the doctors work on the symptoms they do not work on the cause, that’s why chronic disease hardly ends…
The sound creates the form (ref. watch Masaru Emoto experiment), and it is said the sound “OM” creates the form of Sri Chakra.
So, I mean to say: sound = form.
The bad sound, or say negative sound creates the negative form. And our thoughts are also the sounds, whatever thoughts we have their impact form in our life.
Just imagine the sound of crying generate which form? obviously — ugly. Even when the dogs or cats cry it looks like something bad is going to be formed. And in fact it is, something starts happening in our heart and stomach. The people who cry and resent in their life often form the diseases and bad fortune. On the other hand, laughing creates which form? obviously — funny, and it is too contagious, if a man is really laughing he kindles this fire around him (see how it is ). Laughing is something which is the expression of our happiness and bliss, and when we laugh from the core of our heart — it gives the greatest healing. The sound of laughing is one of the greatest healing sounds. The mantra is: HeheheheHAHAHAHAHAHhehehHAHAHAH……. lol! choose anyway you like to laugh. Seriousness is illness.
Laughing is healing.
The diseased part has darker and heavier energy, somewhat of grey, or black, or mix of dirty colors. The clairvoyant can see the patches of colors above the diseased part of an organ. And the darker and heavier energy has lower vibrational frequency, where a healing energy has higher vibrational frequency.
When a healing energy is given to a diseased part, it transforms (or repels) the darker energy and diseased is removed from that part of the body organ.
I think all the colors exist between white and black. The lighter and brighter color shows higher vibrational frequency; whereas, heavier and darker color shows lower vibrational frequency. In another term, thing that vibrates with higher rates is in color of lighter and brighter because of increased frequency. And, that vibrates with lower rates is in color of heavier and darker because of decreased frequency.
With the same understanding, for the highest healing energy, the color should be lighter and brighter due to its higher frequency.

Our emotions and thoughts give us power in life; they also deplete our energy to the extent one can go mad and can get incurable diseases. Nothing happens, just by a chance!
Contradictory thoughts leak our energy; unexpressed emotions give blockage; unauthentic life gives disease. Everything is self created, either “be light unto yourself” or “the dark forces will over-power you.” These dark forces are nothing but the lower consciousness of the people who are around you and indulge in contradictory thoughts, negative emotions and unauthentic life. Save your life, it’s precious!
Sometimes, your Guru asks you to do free service like arranging shoes and sandals of the people, serving food to them, moreover cleaning toilets. And, you wonder, if your Guru might have gone mad! But, actually, he loves you and wants your spiritual progress with rocket speed. He wants you to lose your ego, he wants you to stop your thoughts – and he knows pretty well, how to make done the things.
What happens, when you do free service, first of all, the greatest hurdle of spiritual progress, the ego, comes to an end. And, second, when you do not desire any result from your service, your thoughts also come to an end, and you feel calm and cool.

These aspects drive everything. They are the energy source of all the aspects mentioned here. Purity in emotions, thoughts and memory transform the whole life.

It doesn’t take more than a minute, if it takes more than that, it can’t open…
But, to prepare for that auspicious "one minute," we need to do the following things, otherwise it would be like to give a Gun in the hand of a child, as the people and spiritual books say "third eye has the immense power, when it opens a man can do lots of meta-physical and psychic things and he is free from the cycle of birth and death."

I heard once from one of the female spiritual Gurus that divine powers only come to those who become harmless to everyone. Harmless means a person is unable to misuse the power to harm someone because he is so kind and well understood inside.
What if, you don’t know about healing energies, or, somehow, have no time to learn about them, or, may be, you have limited budget, and it’s hard to spend money.
First of all, I pray for your abundance in physical, monetarily and spiritual health. And, I want to tell you, God has made each of us with all the required tools and equipments to live a blissful life. We’ll use those tools and techniques.
Awareness
It puts everything all right. Most of the people who do meditation on mindfulness know the power of awareness. It might look a bit strange to those people who have never been in touch with meditation and spirituality kind of stuff. But, believe me “awareness” has awesome power; it heals the body, mind and emotions. It is the tool that God has gifted us.
How to heal through awareness?
First, I would like you to watch this video, and watch the “light” of energy and the different colors and shades that are supposed to diffuse the negative (and waste) energy, that is accumulated in particular organ (it is said that negative energy is accumulated in diseased organs). There are many types of healing energies, this healing energy, called “Sanjivini Shakti” is one of them, and is supposed to the highest healing energies (I never check out the difference, I respect every healing energy).

It is supposed to help in all the areas of life, mainly when the feelings and thinking of good for oneself and others exists. It is said, this energy never works when a person think about doing bad or hurting others.
