First, I would like you to watch this video, and watch the “light” of energy and the different colors and shades that are supposed to diffuse the negative (and waste) energy, that is accumulated in particular organ (it is said that negative energy is accumulated in diseased organs). There are many types of healing energies, this healing energy, called “Sanjivini Shakti” is one of them, and is supposed to the highest healing energies (I never check out the difference, I respect every healing energy).

Use of this (Sanjivini Shakti) healing energy
It is supposed to help in all the areas of life, mainly when the feelings and thinking of good for oneself and others exists. It is said, this energy never works when a person think about doing bad or hurting others.
A major portion of our time, of our life, we spend in travelling. And, while travelling there are few things: either we talk with fellow passengers, or read something, or do sms…or listen songs. When…travelling is bit long – we are lost in past memories. Unfortunately, all memories are not good; even…those memories come the most which we want to leave forever. But, we can use a technique “to lessen the impact” of unwanted memories.
I said “to lessen the impact,” because it’s only the impact that disturbs; keeping the learning from bad experience is good, it helps not to repeat that bad experience again, and with that experience we can save other person too. Like most of the people do for younger friends or siblings.

If you are travelling in a car, bus or train, better to take the “window seat,” if not have, then can request to somebody (In India, you can take the window seat, in the name of vomiting). Getting window seat isn’t much problem; relax yourself there, take few deep breaths and finish all the work like calling to someone, talking with someone, and just be cool – watching outside the window.
Spiritual Healing is transfer of positive energy through a healer’s prayer to recipient. And this positive energy is cultivated through purity, meditation and devotion to God.
If you know how to pray, you can heal anything, i.e., living beings, things or situations. But, remember power comes from the purity of character. More purity leads to more spiritual power and ultimate connection with God.

Distance healing, heals any person, situation or things even there are thousands of kilometer distance between the healer and the recipient.
