Often at Facebook, we find great status updates (if we’ve good people around). The following technique is taken (with permission) from such status update. Hope, you’ll like it.
“Take a sugar cube, place it in a transparent cup of water, stir it and observe the spiral movement of its particles melting and losing its identity in water. Or, visualize this way. Now, close your eyes … think yourself as a sugar cube, and see yourself melting as it happened to sugar cube. And, now remain in that formless state.”
We are all formless, an indwelling spirit that operates our physical body; whenever, we are in our formless state, the bliss starts automatically.
A spiritual seeker is in search of himself. If he searches external things, he mayn’t be called – a spiritual seeker. If you don’t know what a spiritual seeker seeks, what the curiosities he has … and what he wants, you can consider the followings.
A spiritual seeker wants to know from the core of his heart.
From where he has come?
Where he exists beyond or within the body?
Where he will go after the transitory life?
It is what which witnesses all the happiness and sufferings but remains unaffected, untouched and unstained?
What is unreal, what is real and who he is?
What is his relation with the universe and with all the beings of the universe?
He consistently looks into his source; he remains in self inquiry and self observation. He searches for Gurus and techniques those can help him to meet and to be stable in his source.
You are the creator of naught ("0"), you are all pervading, you can’t create, everything is within you – you are the supreme. You are the awareness! You are not the consciousness or unconsciousness. You are not the mind, you are not the thoughts. Your mind creates, it is voracious animal, and it needs everything. When you say, "you are the creator of your destiny," you never say, "your mind says." You live in your mind, so you think your mind is right. Wake up! You are not the mind, you are already in abundance of everything – you, yourself are Guru, God and everything, where have you lost? Don’t claim your destiny that your mind creates. Claim your reality, now!
All is one! But you don’t know, how it is one?
Awareness is everywhere, it is non-dual, pure, fresh, and alive – it is you. Call is God, Brahma or anything. The waking, dreaming and sleeping are the variation of consciousness; it comes along with the physical body, and goes when physical body is dead. All states of consciousness are in "awareness," like: in deep sleep you remain unconscious, but the awareness takes care of you, you are not dead. And mind and body are in consciousness. Consciousness drives them.
So awareness drives consciousness and consciousness drives mind and body.
Coming thoughts in meditation is natural, don’t fight with them, and don’t try to stop them. We do meditation to solve the thoughts and to set them free from the mind. If the thoughts are coming, let them come – they will come as in boiling water all the impurities come at surface. So getting over with thoughts doesn’t mean to fight with them – it means, to realize them, understand them and let them go!
Thoughts come in variety of forms, some thoughts comes "intermittently" and go away, some thoughts are "fixed" don’t go away and some totally "unrelated" thoughts come intermittently or in fixed form to which we think why they are coming – we never did this and we never met with these kinds of people, places and situations.
We just knew three types of thoughts, but it is better not to give them any label because it will create another thought, isn’t it? So, the problem is how to go beyond thoughts by solving them.
There are solutions that we can consider:
This technique is little strange, where one speaks meaningless things which neither one understands nor others understand. In the book "Meditation, the first and last freedom," it is said that this meditation technique is based on the method of a Sufi Saint, who used to speak nonsense things because he used to think mind is just like that only – and he used to say when one sets aside mind like that, one gets to know the taste of one’s soul.
The book I have it tells three steps: in the first step, one speaks or sings meaningless thing, whatever comes to the mouth (like children used to do) – but remember with awareness; in second step, one just witness the thoughts going away, and in third step one feels the silence.

This video can give you the idea what does Gibberish mean.
If you don’t like chanting mantra or watching breath in some corner – this meditation may suit you. This is one of the active (dynamic) meditations; only requirements are: it needs energy and good health.
As the name says, this meditation is the gift of Sufis to the entire humanity, and the process is simple with great results.
Before doing this meditation it is advised to have loose clothes, empty stomach and better to have wooden or soft floor, and with bare feet.
How people do it?
It is said one starts turning around oneself in anti-clockwise direction and as one turns around and around s/he raises both arm with palm of right hand facing to the sky, and palm of left hand facing to the earth. As the time goes by, slowly-slowly, one starts increasing the turning speed, and when the physical energy is totally exhausted one relaxes on the floor as much as one feels like.
I’m providing few links and a video, so that we could further explore and discuss about this technique.

Without giving a second thought to the contradictions and prejudices of mind, just go, and check out the feel of healing energies of the following three spiritual organizations.
I miss Reiki here, one of the healing energies; I read about it, never practiced as such, so I’m leaving it in this article. But, I’ll appreciate if one of you share your experience (real please!) about Reiki energy.
Before coming to three types of healing energies, I would like to tell you a little story: wherever (to spiritual gurus) I went to learn something, their followers always pulled my leg; they thought (convincing me) their technique and teachings are the greatest, of course, why not? I never doubt (who am I to do so?). But, I believe that people should feel to live in abundance, in spirituality also, when, there are lot of things to learn (but, learn one thing at a time and work on it). Now, three types of healing energies go as followings:
And if tonight my soul may find her peace
in sleep, and sink in good oblivion,
and in the morning wake like a new-opened flower
then I have been dipped again in God, and new-created.
