Kundalini is called a sleeping serpent, and when it wakes up piercing through all the chakra, a man gets everything!
The reasons, why it is not important worth considering; if you are engaged in some Kundalini Sadhana, Guru is not trying to de-motivate you. In fact, Kundalini Sadhana gives results; nevertheless, there are certain factors, you must notice. Maybe, those factors would make your sadhana more worthwhile.
You wake up, leave Kundalini alone: the Gnana Yogis insist when you wake up, nature does all the justice with you and Kundalini wakes up, automatically.
What is that which watches Kundalini?: if something is watching some happening, then who is the watcher? Obviously, watcher is not Kundalini. Should watcher need to wake up first, or Kundalini?
You already are: but in trying to get something, to become something, you go away from yourself; isn’t it? Isn’t it true that you can’t be more than what you already are? The unchanging, eternal soul.
Gratitude to the teachings of Poonjaji and Mooji.

There are two worlds; external world, everyone knows and lives in it. But, the sages know the second world, which is as important as the external world is. Sages are comfortable in both the worlds; that’s why they are the sages. Do you know the second world?
A baby is born, he opens his eyes, cries and laughs … sucks milk and has potties. He is introduced with the external world, where hugging and caring of parents and uncle & aunt since the beginning of his birth make him realize that the external world is real. He grows and for him, external world is everything.
And, this external world becomes the priority of his life, coz since his birth; he is most familiar with this external world.
But his own world that is mental world remains in shadow, unsolved, un-inquired … having mix expressions of fear, anxiety, love, hate and various complexities, and ups and downs of life – which all are stored since when he came out from his mother’s womb, and grew among people in different-different circumstances.
For some people this mental world remain unexplored, they remain the sheep – the whole life. They neglect their mental world, therefore, themselves. They think external world is only the reality, and the truth of their life.
But, the few get their “lost world.”
There was a man, who used to worship Krishna like anything. And, Krishna used to come and play with him – awesome affair between a devotee and the God. Yet, something was lacking, the Guru wasn’t there to tell what is dream and what is real.
That man got Raman Maharshi as his Guru, and still he used to play with Krishna. Once, Maharshi asked him about the affair, he told that he was playing with Krishna. Maharshi looked into his eyes then asked "Who is the seeker?" That was the teaching "Who is the seeker?" What comes and goes, even the Krishna is just a dream, what doesn’t remain eternal is just a dream. The experiences, the thinking, the emotions, the memory – all are dreams. They all come and go. The seeker is not a dream, the seeker witnesses everything, the witness, is everything. Call it Self, Atman, infinite or God. Later on that man got Self Realized. The sentence "Who is the seeker?" opened the gateway of enlightenment.
You are not body; you are not mind; you are not sufferings; you are not happiness; you are not memory; you are not experience – but you are "That keeps on knowing these things, keeps on witnessing these things."
Whatever you perceive is not you; you are "that" which knows your body is perceiving, experiencing something; you are at background – unchanged and unmoved.
Did you get that?
This is Gnana Yoga, one of the teachings of Nisargadatta Maharaj: "You are not what you perceive." Hold on this, contemplate on this. Let the fire of self inquiry and investigation burn all the ignorance.
The problem
Problem comes when you get identified with something external, which is unreal and leads you away from your source. And, you cry like a child lost in the crowd.
The libration
Guru isn’t giving you any meditation technique, mantra or ritual for knowing "Who you are?" This is another way, easy, yet very powerful. It can shake you from your roots and can throw the roots which don’t belong to you. It can clean you like anything, and you will remain exactly "What you are?"
The process of investigation
Be brave! Investigate "what you are not," and when you find and understand what you are not, you remain – What you are! Re-read it (if necessary). Keep on investigating "What you are not?" layer by layer and keep on throwing each layer (psychologically) which doesn’t belong to you – do it patiently, consistently and with full of awareness.
Guru never knew who are Satyaa and Pari, and what they do – until he happened to be in the streets of Rishikesh. Everywhere, Satyaa and Pari ‘s records were playing … yes, good music and voice, obviously.
Even more … backed up by the outstanding spiritual Gurus: Raman Mahrshi and Poonjaji (Papaji), you can participate in open Satsang. For more information please check "Satyaa-pari.com." Where, you can find information about music, events, retreats, satsang and other information. And, don’t forget to subscribe to their newsletter.
The teaching of Poonjaji (Papaji) that was just based on understanding (no mantra, no ritual) was as such: it gives birth to lot of spiritual teachers; those are helping people to realize the meaning of life; Avinash and Gyandeva are one of them, helping people through their Satsang. To know about them and their Satsang (these days in Brazil and Germany), do check out "this link." And, don’t forget to watch their video at “this link.”

If you want to know who is Gangaji, first of all, start watching her videos, that are available at her site (check this), not only Gangaji but most of the earnest disciples (e.g., Mooji) of Papaji have wisdom to solve your problems.
The connection between Gangaji and Papaji, if we move little backward, goes to Raman Maharshi, has been like this, as it is between a true master and a disciple. You can read most of the "rare" handwritten letters that were exchanged between Gangaji and Papaji (chek this). Guru has read them, they are "touching," "enlightening," and have been written with the core of the heart … with true wisdom.
At her site, the Gangaji invites you to, watch, listen and read the conversation, which can help you out in your spiritual quest. Let the Guru tell you, if the Gurus like Papaji and Raman Mahrshi are behind some person, he can’t remain an ordinary (mind driven) person. Go and check out what Gangaji is offering you (her website).
