With each bad deed, even with each bad thought we lose our “divine strength”; the more we do the more we lose. It’s like at one side of scale is divine strength and other side, the devilish; one has to win, balance is impossible! Because when one wins the other dies, both can’t be win or lose at the same time.

So how to know that we are doing good deeds or bad deeds, or we are thinking good thoughts or bad thoughts? The answer is: each cell of your body has enough intelligence to tell you what is right and what is wrong, jut try to acknowledge the behavior of your cells, whatever you do, you will get the answer.

Laptops are easy to use; use them on couch, on bed or anywhere they don’t object. Most frequent use is putting them on thighs not caring about what Infrared, Bluetooth, or other rays coming out of it can harm; often, a protective distance is not maintained. Isn’t it?

Recently, a Laptop putting on bed caught fire, mainly because its fan stopped somehow and it kept on warmer and warmer; the room was closed, the smoke arose … and a young boy died (according to sources). It is obvious, if smoke arises in a closed room, it finishes all the oxygen, and nothing left to breathe in, and if a person is sleeping then he can die.

FaithPhoto: Bingee

… And faith produces courage; it gives strength, patience and wisdom. The people who have faith, they attain the unattainable. Faith is the root of the heart and its wings spread across the ocean. Whenever you face pain in your life, just ask “am I missing faith in myself?”

God Consciousness Photo:AshraFekry

If you are in “ego,” or “brainwashed,” there is no limit. You can make any number of classes and can divide people in many kids. Generally, we are brainwashed to divide people in three classes: lower class, middle class and higher class, and each one is further divided in its subclasses as lower, middle and higher. And, the dire consequences come when we start treating people according to their class, we forget all the humanity.

Well, for conscious people, there are only two classes and two kinds of people. First belongs to those who live in “ego consciousness,” and second belongs to those who live in “god consciousness.”

The truth is both ego consciousness and god consciousness cannot be at a place at a time. If you have god consciousness, your ego consciousness needs to die, or vice-versa.

When I hurt you I cry more than you Photo: Zhangxiaophoto

When we feel emotional union with a person, whatever happens to him … feel like it is happening to us. Let it be in the case of parents & kids, siblings, and lovers. These three situations are ideals and prominent ones, isn’t it?

But, why (why?) … we are unable to get emotional union with rest of the world. Why don’t we cry for our differences … the wall we have created, they are that and we are this? Are we becoming schizophrenic … putting everything in separatism, in mine, mine and mine? The narrower mindset is nowhere sign of a healthy human.

Why don’t we feel, the life that vibrates in our loved ones … the same life also vibrates everywhere? Or, our tears have biasness?

Pissed off Photo: amazonianblue

If yes, just hold onto that which is making you pissing off; don’t try to forget that trigger that causes you to be pissed off. Because if you forget that trigger somehow, again, this trigger will catch you with your feet and throw you against the wall and you will become the creature of conditional reflexes.

Break this programming

Whatever you experience through your emotions, feeling, thinking – you are not that. Because you know them, and knower is different from the known. All the experiences exist in duality; one side you, the subject that witnesses everything. And, the other side the objects: your feelings, emotions and memory. Without the subject to know the objects is impossible. If you understand the difference between the subject and object, you can break this programming to be pissed off.

This way

Become the subject. And then invite all the “triggers” that used to cause you to be pissed off, and watch whatever happens to the objects. Do it with all the triggers, and watch the object from start to finish. You will find that the objects are the transient, they come and go, and the subject remains unmoved, unchanged in the background, witnessing everything. The subject is like the ocean; the objects are like the waves, those appear and disappear. The subject is like the sky; the objects are like the clouds. When you understand that the objects are like the clouds and waves, totally different from you. You break this conditioning. Even if, somehow the waves arise, you remain unchanged in your subjectivity.

The best is to replace uncontrolled thoughts with real thoughts of life and let the real thoughts be uncontrolled. These real thoughts will give birth to self inquiry … to Gnana Yoga, the greatest spiritual path.

What are real thoughts?

They are the thoughts which connect you to your source, which make you calmer, cooler and aware … which make you natural and happy … and later on they themselves turn in thoughtlessness. Real thoughts are like: "Who am I?" "From where I’ve come from?" "What is the purpose of my life?" … like that.

When you start indulging in real thoughts, effortlessly, you fall back to your own source, the source from where all the thoughts come – and feel the peace of mind. You just need to contemplate (seriously) to the "real thoughts" of life, and eventually they will throw you at your own source, from where all the thoughts arise but there is thoughtlessness.

Fear or phobia is a story (with all the colors and details) sat in the mind, and when something causes it to provoke, it stirred up and one feels – fearful.

Just like thoughts, "fear" has no power. It depends upon the story sat in the mind. The more you believe in story, the more you feel fearful. Even, little attention to story causes fear to happen. This story, this projection of your mind, which you already know is illusory; but, somehow, you are unable to come out from its trap. Isn’t it?

Like thoughts, you make a mistake, you start giving attention to the "story," then, it gets energy and it becomes alive, in front of you. Just don’t give it attention, be safe, and be secure but not "fearful."

Remember, energy flows where your attention or belief goes. And, this energy makes the things alive; just remove your attention and belief from anything, and it will end from your life. Guru isn’t kidding, try to remove your attention and beliefs from your "fear" (if you have) and see the results.

Thoughts Image source: MadRussianPhotography

You start thinking “something,” your heart goes down, your breaths deeper and fast, fully opened eyes, and thoughts moving around and around, everywhere … and you scream; maybe, tears float silently; or cry, face stuck in the pillow. If it happens with you; now, it is the time not to let it happen again.

Thoughts have no power, absolutely – no power. But, as soon as, you identify yourself with thoughts, you start feeding them … as soon as, you start giving them energy by concentrating over them, they start disturbing you.

Just stop giving energy to your thoughts.

All the animals go with nature. All the self realized people go with nature. And, if you don’t use your mind so much – you "also" can go with nature.

The "curse" is not of electricity, that gives no difference in day and night … nor it is of "internet" that never takes rest. We "curse" ourselves when we don’t listen what our body is saying (it says go with nature).

You may have lot of excuses, when your body says to you "why you are treating me like this?" Going unnatural not only causes harm to the body, but it may cause harm to your mind also. Mind and body both need: the rays of the sun, the shining moon, the blowing air … the twinkling stars.

There are two times, most auspicious (yes) to get natural.
