
One thing to understand: fear and phobias are just memory based. Changed or updated memory causes to end fear & phobias forever.
A particular bit of memory (of fear and phobias) contains elements of – feelings, emotions, audio-visual impressions and certain beliefs.
The point here is to change those particular elements of memory which cause you to fear.
I suggest using two exercises for eliminating any particular fear or phobia, they are just based on common sense and aren’t substitute for any medical treatment.

The fear of wild animals, the fear of fire etc, are actually save life. And the fear of crowd, fear of being alone etc, kills life.
