Some interesting stuff “grab this.”

Visualization has immense power, whatever we visualize its impact comes directly on our organs and emotions. Just by visualizing we can feel “low,” and just by visualizing we can feel “high.” But, when we visualize truth then it unleashes great outcome; that’s why most of the meditations and sadhanas are just based on visualization. Below is some visualization shared by Prachi Singh, hope you like it.

“As bubbles of soapy water fly in the sky, dancing and dancing with the rhythm of nature and merge in the limitless sky. Similarly, visualize the bubbles in your breath: with every in-breath, touching inside to each pore of the body, and with every out-breath going into the sky, colorful and dancing bubbles merging in the limitless sky.” With every in-breath and out-breath, try to visualize as above and check how you feel.

Ordinary person knows, when third eye is opened, it is opened – nothing more than that! Well, there are 15 levels of third-eye; they are:

Flesh eyesight

Celestial eyesight

Wisdom eyesight

Law eyesight

Buddha eyesight

Each one of above has three levels of upper, middle and lower, so there are 15 levels. Looking interesting? According to Buddha school, “Every pore in the body is an eye,” and according to Dao school,” Every acupuncture point is an eye.” Now, it’s going too interesting!

In the enlightenment story, told himself by Paramhamsa Nithyananda, he said that he was able to see in every direction, front, back, right and left (yes, without moving his head) … perhaps his third eye (or may be, part) was opened, or the multi sensory capacity of his cells was activated. Here is his video, it is worth watching!

Master Li Hongzhi says, “All objects, organic and inorganic, appear in different shapes and forms in different dimensions.” That’s why, different levels of third eye, perceive things differently. If one is on Physical eyesight and other is on Wisdom eyesight, both will see things differently.

These days, there is so much craze about third eye, as such everyone wants to open it … there are lot more things so deep and profound about third eye, that a master on Li Hongzhi’s level can only tell; if you are curious about third eye … and all the details, listen to master Lin Hongzhi’s lectures (link) or read his books (link). Because it would be unfair to put each and everything whatever he has said on third eye, as you know when two or more person try to tell same information, it changes … and when it passes through from 40 or 50 people, it entirely changes. Lol! That’s true!

Few days prior to leaving the physical body, “the vital force,” starts going away with each out-breath, and a person dies. Even if, it is unbalanced within the body then it creates mental, physical and emotional problems. Well tuned “vital force,” gives superb life!

Call this vital force, “Qi,” or “Prana.” If you are not Chinese, you may get problem in speaking “Qigong,” but it is called, somewhat this way: “Chi + Kung, Chi’Kung .” It is better if you ask some Chinese and see him speaking this. So, Qigong refers to “well tuned vital force” in the human body. The vital force, is only the sought after thing in all the Pranayams and Yogas.

Flow of vital force

According Chinese medicine there are 400 acupuncture points in the body, the vital force flows in them; but, the main meridians are 20, in which 12 are called standard meridians, and 8 extraordinary. Studying acupuncture points, in itself is a medical science, but for a quick look, the 12 meridians’ organs are as: Lung, Heart, Pericardium, Triple Heater, Small Intestine, Large Intestine, Spleen, Kidney, Liver, Gall Bladder, Urinary Bladder and Stomach. And each organ represents its particular Ying or Yang, and its particular element (they are five: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water). You may also want to know about 8 extraordinary meridians, but we are skipping this, because one single thing is interconnected with several other things and it’s little complicated; maybe, we talk next time; let’s go back to vital force. Getting Buddha Image source: feelgood_paradise

Till the end of this short article, you will be experiencing thoughtless awareness with present state of mind … and blissful moments of Buddhahood.

Guru bows down to the lotus feet of Poonjaji, to whom he learned this technique and now sharing with you.

This is the “thoughtless awareness” to which every spiritual person aspires for, because it leads you – straight to the “self realization.” This is the “awareness” which is the origin of everything … yes everything. Call it emptiness, shunya (zero), nothingness, heaven or anything; it is the “absolute,” it is the feeling of “Aham Brahmasmi.”

What do you think when someone uselessly shakes his leg or move eyes frequently? If someone is shaking at the beat of music and moving eyes for some exercise then it is another matter. The main thing is, when someone shakes legs and moves eyes while talking to you, s/he is not listening to you properly.

Thoughts exist in movement, if we stop all the movement of body like of limbs and eyes & tongue, thoughts will stop; thoughts need some movement to survive – that’s why Yoga Postures are so important…the Asanas and all.

Whenever a person shakes his leg without any external reason, at that time he is thinking something; so also true with eyes, the people who moves eyes a lot, thinks a lot. Even, when a person is dreaming while sleeping, his eyes keep on moving.

Every Sadhana starts from an objective or say many objectives (when there are so many desires). Shri Vidya Sadhana is said to be one of the most powerful sadhana that is supposed to give both matter and enlightenment together; that’s why people are mad about it.

You can learn this sadhana from the book (if you find any good book, kindly do tell me also), maybe, get to know some rituals and 15 digits mantra (Panchadashakshari) of it along with most popular Shri Yantra (it is geometrical shaped two dimensional or three dimensional figure, used in Shri Vidya Sadhana). But, what I learned in Shivyog ™ ‘s Shri Vidya Sadhana were more than that (and I doubt, if it could ever be possible in any book).

It doesn’t happen all the time; Jesus (who has the biggest numbers of followers) was crucified. Mansoor was given poison. Socrates also suffered in his life time. You can say, these people took others’ bad Karmas over their head…whatever (I don’t believe this, bad karmas can’t be shifted from one head to another, it’s God’ justice, no one can interfere). And a mad dog doesn’t know who is spiritual or not.

But, it happens most of the time, animal and evil person don’t attack on spiritual people (Gurus); the reasons are the followings:

We know, nature is uncontrolled; animals, birds, humans (talking about body), trees, rivers, mountains, etc., all come in nature. And, this nature is none, but the composition of five elements, i.e., earth, water, fire, air and ether. And, there are three stages of every element: 1. Pure (Satoguna), 2. Semi-pure (Rajoguna), and 3. Impure (Tamoguna). Satoguna, Rajoguna and Tamoguna are words in Hindi. The nature is uncontrolled because its elements are impure.

Around one year back, this came to my notion how the movement of one chakra causes the very next or previous chakra to move in opposite direction. And the movement or stillness of one chakra effects all the chakras, i.e., if one chakra moves it causes to move all the chakras; if one chakra stops it causes to stop other chakras.

Well, this is the subject of research and I’m not drawing any line what should be and what shouldn’t. The chakras movements in woman may be just opposite as to the man. That may be the reason of magnetic pull in opposite sexes.

If you don’t know about chakras you can have a look to ” Kundalini Yoga, Tantra & Chakra ” category, where I talk about all the chakras, their colors, petals, mantras, God or Goddess associated with them, how to open chakras? As well as the technique like Shambhavi Mudra and the secret of golden flower – those help in opening up the chakras. Read More »

We think our body is clean, and we take all sort of good food and we are PURE. Hmmm … well, then what about our thoughts and emotions? Have you ever thought to make them pure? Have you ever thought to make your consciousness purer?

For a moment, think about that.

On the ladder of Spiritual Purity, the physical body comes at last. If your higher bodies are pure then this physical body will become pure itself. And the eating habits will also change substantially … you don’t need to give self-punishment to yourself by leaving non-veg food and other’s said to be no-good foods and also don’t need to have the feeling of guilt.

What is important for purification? Read More »
