Let’s go direct to them, everyone knows about Shiva, no need to describe Him.
Lord Shiva sitting on the block of ice: the homeless nature of an accomplished yogi shows that the all the universe is his home, he can live anywhere as he wants.
Lord Shiva wearing ash: this ash shows detachment, as everything lastly turns in ashes, back to its elements. Ash shows nothing is permanent, things exist just in transition and there is no need to get attached with them.
His trident: it shows three gunas: Satoguna, Rajoguna and Tamoguna. It shows a man should raise himself above these gunas, as they are the creation of the mind, and to settle himself in nirguna state, where no mind but the God only exists.
His damru: when it is played, its beat represents the Omkara, the primordial ever-pervading sound.
Ganga over his head: it shows purification, divinity and wisdom.
Tigor or Lion skin: Shiva sits over the skin, it shows control over senses and desires.
Cobra and other snakes around his neck, hands and waist: they show the control over violence and
It is fifth Hindu Month, between July and August. This month is famous for Lord Shiva across the India, all the Mondays in this month are considered special days.
The good thing is, these type of occasions produce positive vibrations, when most of the people shift their focus from other things to the God. The days of Navratris are also produce awesome positive vibrations.
This is interesting in Hindu Calender, there are occasions of everything: when to do special worship, when to celebrate ( remember Holi and Diwali), and when to remember older generations and show them gratitude, this is done during “Shradh.” And also importance of Moon and Sun is not behind. The early rising Sun and full Moon day, are considered to do most of the spiritual activities. Read More »
The story goes like: to kill a demon, the Lord Shiva gave six fire sparks from his third eye to the God of wind and God of fire, and asked them to give to river Ganga … later on with the Ganga, they came out as the six beautiful babies; when Parvati saw them, she hugged them and a miracle happened – all the babies joined into one, having six faces and twelve arms. Later on when the baby grew, he fought with demon; the demon couldn’t be killed but turned as a Peacock and a Crow. Lord Murugan didn’t leave him; he used the Peacock as his vehicle, and crow as a flag sign.
As each Lord has his special time of worship, the Lord Murugan has two favorite times: one is each Friday and second is on Karthigai Nakshatra. It is said, who worships him on Friday, Lord Murugan fulfils his wishes. And who worships him on Karthegai Nakshatra, Lord Murugan removes his problems and librates him. Read More »
You can forgive, but God never does; His sword does “justice.” People spit on a Buddha face, Buddha can forgive; God never forgives. A woman is gang raped by many men, woman can forgive; God never forgives. Why the hell is this…? That the people are made learned “God forgives.”
But, Shiva says, “My son! you forgive, and I’ll take care of everything, you needn’t spoil your energy in devils, I’ll decide their punishment and will punish them.”
I wonder sometimes, good words are being manipulated in bad ways. And the spiritual Gurus are right hand of the God; they only decide what public need from a God, and what God needs from the public. Why strangers come between a son (we) and father (God)? Even, some strangers are too good, they help us to recognize our father, and when see we are in our father’s arm – they step backward. But, some of strangers never let us meet from our father…it isn’t better to believe on strangers all the time…
Who you are to forgive anybody?
I wonder if you are unaware about them, most of the people know: they reach anywhere, do wrong things, each one of them plays one’s bad part, and helpless people cry in tears.
How much damages they have done so far?
Whatever damages happen in any part of any country –they only do. Sometimes, they kill; sometimes, they rape (child abuses too); sometimes, snatch money and sometimes, make fire the property. They play, they manipulate, they laugh, and never feel any guilt.
How do they look like?
They are attractive and alluring, and later on turn in evil, and spoil your character and life. And, some of you let them do so.
You need something in you, if you want lot of people start loving you. It’s true, a person can’t make happy to all the people in this planet. But, it’s a great joy, when, not the one or two, but thousands of people start loving a person. Avadhoot Baba Shivananda ji is one of them, the followers (sadhaks), who take Diksha (learning) from him, love him. The example you can see on social networking sites, i.e., facebook, orkut etc., and on others free blogging platforms, i.e., blogspot, wordpress etc., Though, Baba ji doesn’t meet personally (physically) with everyone, but his influence is great. His main Dikshas (teachings) are of Shambhavi, Sri Vidya, and Prati Prasav.
Here, are the reasons, why do people love Baba ji so much?
First: Baba ji says, “You are the creator of your destiny.” Read More »
Impurity attracts evil & misfortune, and a man becomes evil in himself. The gift is mental & physical sufferings, and dissatisfaction in life.
Kind of impurity
There are four kind of impurity: physical level, thought level, emotional level and impure memory. All are dangerous in human life and potent enough to create miseries & hell.
Effects of impurity
The main effects of memory are as followings:
Advantages of purity
Becoming pure
Shiva says
We can avoid "bad karmas" that we do, we can avoid sufferings, the pain, we never want in our life. Without bad karmas everything falls into right place, and we feel life is going right, and a sigh of relief.
Bad Karma sources
There are plenty of, few as in my finger-tips are as: actions, thoughts, emotions, memory, company, internet, books/magazines, family, and friends.
Impact of bad karmas
It is harsh, but, bad karmas create hell. And a person, who does it, falls in his own eyes and in the eyes of friends and family. The mark of bad karma hardly leaves the mind clean and clear, and a person suffers. The main problem comes in making self-worth, and when it is down, problems in life start taking place.
Avoiding Bad Karmas
Shiva says
Shiva says," To avoid bad karmas, while living in the form, practice as you are formless, and remember me in a way, that you forget the form."
When I hear her, I feel her soul is talking, so natural & pure. I feel blessed just listening to her. Even hers single photograph is enough to give lots of divine inspiration. Love you Dadi Janki!
Of course, the foundation behind Dadi Janki’s divine words is of “Murlis,” they are words of God Father Shiva, that are read everywhere in Brahma Kumaris Centers, short version of them is available at YouTube, for full-fledged Murlis, you need to go to nearby center.
Meaning of “Om Shanti,” recently conveyed in one of Dadi Ji’s video, used to make experience, every-time it is heard that: (1), I’m a peaceful soul. (2), The God Father Shiva, my father, is the ocean of peace. (3), My real home, where God lives, is soundless, is the ocean of peace. “Om Shanti” connotes the collective awareness of three of them, every time it is spoken or heard. Read More »
And …”Where we exist?” God asks to us. God says: tell me “Where you are?” And we don’t know; what we know just to this body, status and power.
A child is like his father, we are like God – but we are not God. A child remains child and a father remains father.
And no one can prove or disprove God; He is out of duality, He never comes in our creation or destruction. He created everything, the whole universe – how can we create Him? Whosoever tried to create God, made different religions and sects, and yet – God wasn’t created; their own ideologies were projected. Read More »
