Great understanding about third eye, and other chakras. Thanks Sadhguru!
A thought arises, Samsara arises; a thought ends Nirvana arises … and the cycle goes on and on. And ordinary person gets stuck with Samsara, and somehow unable to expand the state when a thought ends, Nirvana arises.
The creation of Samsara is identification with the thought, and forgetfulness to the state, when a thought ends.
Fortunately, Nirvana is happening all the time: between your two thoughts there is Nirvana, two thoughts can’t exist at the same time; between the gap of incoming and outgoing breath, there is Nirvana, two breaths can’t exit at the same time either. Between, two heart beats, there is Nirvana … Nirvana is happening all the time. But, unfortunately, we are stick only to that which looks more prominent to our senses … and this is the reason we are "only" get stuck with Samsara.
It doesn’t take more than a minute, if it takes more than that, it can’t open…
But, to prepare for that auspicious "one minute," we need to do the following things, otherwise it would be like to give a Gun in the hand of a child, as the people and spiritual books say "third eye has the immense power, when it opens a man can do lots of meta-physical and psychic things and he is free from the cycle of birth and death."
- Purity at thoughts level
- Purity at physical level
- Purity at memory level
I heard once from one of the female spiritual Gurus that divine powers only come to those who become harmless to everyone. Harmless means a person is unable to misuse the power to harm someone because he is so kind and well understood inside.

Distance healing, heals any person, situation or things even there are thousands of kilometer distance between the healer and the recipient.

Around one year back, this came to my notion how the movement of one chakra causes the very next or previous chakra to move in opposite direction. And the movement or stillness of one chakra effects all the chakras, i.e., if one chakra moves it causes to move all the chakras; if one chakra stops it causes to stop other chakras.
Well, this is the subject of research and I’m not drawing any line what should be and what shouldn’t. The chakras movements in woman may be just opposite as to the man. That may be the reason of magnetic pull in opposite sexes.
