This Lion is your mind; if it is uncontrolled — it rides over you and makes you suffer. The Devi is the energy, which controls the mind, when this energy isn’t taken care of, the Lion starts riding over you.

When Devi, this energy, is strong it tames the Lion and uses it. The weapons in the Devi’s hand show the awareness and the demons she kills are the thoughts; whenever the thoughts arise, with the awareness, Devi kills the thoughts.

The Devi, this energy is none other than the power which drives your mind and body, which is the source of everything; which takes care of you while you are in dreaming, sleeping or in wakeful state. Serve this Devi well, if you want to take control of your thoughts; otherwise, Lion is capable to make much havoc.

As a person keeps on progressing on spiritual path, his body starts radiating some energy. More he progresses, more his body radiates. But, the body has nothing of its own. And, why the body of everybody doesn’t radiate?

The reason is simple.

A mirror can reflect the rays of the sun, but a stone can’t. A spiritual person starts becoming cleaner and purer and nothing remains in his mind and memory, and when the rays of Godhood come from the universe and fall over him, his body simply reflects them, because there in nothing to hold on … to stick on. Whereas, when the rays of Godhood coming from the universe, fall over the ordinary person, he takes them, drink them and absorb within and doesn’t reflect.

Everything is emerged from the self. And, if you start finding out the source of anything, you reach to the self … and consistent contemplation on self causes mind to cease and that turns in self realization.

Take your thoughts, take your doubts, take your fears … take your insecurities, take anything! And, just try to find out the source. From where they come, keep on digging until you reach to the source. Exactly, like a man who digs the ground and keeps on digging until the water comes.

You fail

When any problem comes, you don’t look for the source, you just get lost into the projections and hundreds and thousands of ramifications and complexities … and you scream!

You can laugh

Fear or phobia is a story (with all the colors and details) sat in the mind, and when something causes it to provoke, it stirred up and one feels – fearful.

Just like thoughts, "fear" has no power. It depends upon the story sat in the mind. The more you believe in story, the more you feel fearful. Even, little attention to story causes fear to happen. This story, this projection of your mind, which you already know is illusory; but, somehow, you are unable to come out from its trap. Isn’t it?

Like thoughts, you make a mistake, you start giving attention to the "story," then, it gets energy and it becomes alive, in front of you. Just don’t give it attention, be safe, and be secure but not "fearful."

Remember, energy flows where your attention or belief goes. And, this energy makes the things alive; just remove your attention and belief from anything, and it will end from your life. Guru isn’t kidding, try to remove your attention and beliefs from your "fear" (if you have) and see the results.

There are lots of violent foods that we keep on taking, and they are more dangerous than the non-vegetarian foods.

They are:
The food for heart.
The food for mind.

One type of food is emotions and second type of food is thoughts. If they are uncontrolled – vegetarian food also can’t save us; we are bound to get disturbed from tail to head.

They are energies:
Emotions and thoughts are energies and if they are positive, pure and in control – they help substantially in meditation.

But, most of the time, we don’t care about what we are feeling and what we are thinking. Because, we think we are "vegetarian," read scripture and follow a Guru, and everything will be good with us, it can’t! Unless, the emotions and thoughts don’t become proper. Apart from downfall of the character, all the mental and physical diseases happen just due to uncontrolled thoughts and emotions. Avadhoot Baba Shivananda of Shiv Yog says "Emotions of fear affects the lungs and stomach, anger affects the heart and resentment effects the kidneys" – these are just example of few. The real harms uncontrolled thoughts and emotions do is, they never let us improve our conscious level, and we remain kind of animal, whole life.

Yesterday night, I finished watching one of J. Krishnamurti video, it was little longer than an hour, and it took me more than 5 hours to listen & understand it by play and replay, one sentence many-times, mainly because the wisdom of J. Krishnamurti was so profound, so unique, I laughed and enjoyed the whole night.

What I learned from J. Krishnamurti, I broke it into six parts; this is the first article of those interrelated parts. Herein, we are talking, as in the title (What’re conflicts in you? Analysis never works), and in next articles will be talking about three main causations of conflicts one by one (they are: "what I’m and what I should be," "time," and "thoughts"), and then in next article, how to have real relationship in life, and next how to have freedom and security in life.

If you don’t know about J. Krishnamurti, let me tell you, he isn’t a philosopher, he isn’t a thinker, he isn’t a Guru, and he just helps people with what he has realized in his life. He is amongst the rarest individuals to whom I truly like.

Now, come to our issues…

We need to protect a child, until he becomes strong enough to defend.  Same way we need to work for our spiritual path until we become strong and mature in it. A chart helps us to know, where we were, where we are, and where we need to be. It helps us to avoid the hindrances and put on track. Check out why a chart is necessary for spiritual progress.

Control over thoughts

We lose control over thoughts when they are dual, uncertain and negative, and a spiritual chart helps to make thoughts non-dual, certain and positive. Because, it keeps on reminding: our pathways of life. Read More »

Lots of people when are fed up with hospitals and medicines, at last surrender to spirituality, in a hope God will make everything all-right. Some start getting improvements and some become disheartened.

Is Spirituality a solution to Mental Problems? Yes, or No? Both are possible, spirituality can be or can’t be.  99% spirituality can work and 1% can’t. This 1% is the case when you replace spirituality with untested rituals or nonsense, and nearby kill that person who is already suffering. Read More »

There are hundreds of meditation techniques, so many ways and advices to stop and control thoughts. In my previous articles I also gave some tips and techniques to control thoughts; believe it or not, what I am giving now starts working in a second.

Scattered thoughts are the source and result of misery. If you have scattered thoughts, no-matter how much money, or how great relationships you have – you’ll feel out of center and uncomfortable. With controlled thoughts a person feels calm and satisfied, because now he has become the master of thoughts, not the servant.

Pranayam (breathing) exercises, meditation, NLP, and other techniques no-doubt help in stopping & controlling thoughts. But the injection I have, you should try it. It works! Read More »

Feel the Bliss

Infected food ruins the body – we all know this; when we have no food to eat and feel hungry, then eat anything whatever we find; just try to see the poor children (below the poverty line), to quench burning hunger they look into dust-bin or junk without any problem. Even, they get fatal diseases, but no solution for hunger, what to do!

Same way, when we don’t have right things to think (and do), we start thinking something “negative,” and fall in depression. Actually, no one wants to think “negative” but in the absence of “positive thoughts,” any thoughts (negative or waste) can come.

There are following ways to avoid depression

1. Note down all the things whatever you are thinking these days, and rewrite them in positive sense. Read More »
