One life is expressing in all the lives, everywhere is just you: in plants, in animals, in rivers, in stars … in friends, in foes … everywhere. This is bigger picture (though you have conscious control over yourself only) where you exist in all the expansion. If you love other, you love yourself; if you hate other, you hate yourself; you fear other, you fear yourself … everywhere is you only. There is nothing to forgive but everything to love.
When people hurt you and you cry with shaken heart … and with plenty of tear, take a bow, never to forgive them. But, you forget, that you have contracted with those people prior to your birth, for that type of their behavior, because you wished to gain some insight, you wished to learn some lesson … and mutually contract was made. Nothing happens just by an accident, you decide everything, each detail of your life … you cry, because you forget your contract, and curse the people of your contract. But, they are helping you out (even they also forget it); the moment you gain insight and learn the lesson – the contract is over and leave you with weakness turned strength.
Try to feel, if the above two paragraphs raise your vibrations or not, you feel good or not. Though, the logic mind makes lot of questions, and often rejects also what helps to make it feel good and relieved. No one can prove for you: “one life is expressing in all the lives,” and “you make contract prior to your birth,” but the Sages who have reached the higher level of consciousness, say this. The only “rule of thumb” is, believe it if it is life-enhancing and raises your vibrations, and reject it if it doesn’t raise your vibrations.

It is about cleanliness of body and clothes, and also what we eat and how we eat; it also extends to body postures while standing, sitting and sleeping.

- Memory
These aspects drive everything. They are the energy source of all the aspects mentioned here. Purity in emotions, thoughts and memory transform the whole life.
Interpersonal aspects
- Values
- Trust
- Honesty
Each of us has unique ways to make our unique parents happy. And, ways are so unique, hardly an outsider gets to know what’s going on between parents and children. I don’t know what your ways are to make your parents happy (…want to know for sure) but I can suggest you few more extra things which can make your parents more proud on you.
Have good friends: all parents like to see good friends around their children, no one like bad company; so, be wiser in choosing your friends. Whatever types your friends would be, their vibrations would reach to your parents through you. Always make good choices in making good friends.
Kick off bad girl-friend or boy-friend: this is worst situation parents have to deal with, when they see their son or daughter is mad about some %#%#%%# (I don’t know what to say). I don’t say they are bad, but make good choices and good distances to avoid unnecessary issues.
It doesn’t happen all the time; Jesus (who has the biggest numbers of followers) was crucified. Mansoor was given poison. Socrates also suffered in his life time. You can say, these people took others’ bad Karmas over their head…whatever (I don’t believe this, bad karmas can’t be shifted from one head to another, it’s God’ justice, no one can interfere). And a mad dog doesn’t know who is spiritual or not.
But, it happens most of the time, animal and evil person don’t attack on spiritual people (Gurus); the reasons are the followings:
We know, nature is uncontrolled; animals, birds, humans (talking about body), trees, rivers, mountains, etc., all come in nature. And, this nature is none, but the composition of five elements, i.e., earth, water, fire, air and ether. And, there are three stages of every element: 1. Pure (Satoguna), 2. Semi-pure (Rajoguna), and 3. Impure (Tamoguna). Satoguna, Rajoguna and Tamoguna are words in Hindi. The nature is uncontrolled because its elements are impure.
If we look into the word “unconditional,” un= not, conditional= bondage, dependency, or say loop of “expectation-fulfillment-misery (unfulfilled expectation brings misery).” Being unconditional is nice, but, it is not “external,” as people say, they need unconditional “love,” and “relations.” If you “need,” you are starting from a “condition,” then, how can you remain unconditional? Dig within! One can’t need or expect unconditional things, if one does, then, things become conditional. And, it doesn’t matter how loud the drum you beat to tell you are “unconditional,” but within you, you better know.
The person, who is unconditional, he never claims his un-conditionality to himself and to others, because making claims is also a condition to “prove” something. But, yes, other can say to that person – the source of unconditional things, and then, the real meaning of unconditional comes.
