Might be a great exercise, I like it … for more details “hit this.”

When one hears the name of Yoga one recalls Patanjali, the father of Yoga, simultaneously. And, now these days Baba Ramdev, thanks for his efforts for making the people learn several Yoga postures. Here, the Yogas are being talked about, perhaps, you have never heard before if you don’t know Almine, an awesome spiritual teacher.

Yoga of abundance is called Irash Satva Yoga: let’s see in quotes, what spiritual journeys says about it.

“In Irash Satva Yoga, received by Almine from the Angelic Kingdom, this ancient methodology is exponentially expanded and enhanced by incorporating the alchemies of sound and frequency. Using easily mastered postures paired with music from Cosmic Source created specifically for each, the 144 cardinal gates in the mind and body are opened and cleansed of their dross and debris, allowing the practitioner to tap into the abundance of the One Life.”

Yoga of eternal youth is called Saradesi Satva Yoga: This Yoga is translated by Almine from the ancient text Saradesi, The Fountain of Youth. It is for those who ever want to remain young. Read More »

What do you think when someone uselessly shakes his leg or move eyes frequently? If someone is shaking at the beat of music and moving eyes for some exercise then it is another matter. The main thing is, when someone shakes legs and moves eyes while talking to you, s/he is not listening to you properly.

Thoughts exist in movement, if we stop all the movement of body like of limbs and eyes & tongue, thoughts will stop; thoughts need some movement to survive – that’s why Yoga Postures are so important…the Asanas and all.

Whenever a person shakes his leg without any external reason, at that time he is thinking something; so also true with eyes, the people who moves eyes a lot, thinks a lot. Even, when a person is dreaming while sleeping, his eyes keep on moving.

For spiritual health, I mean health of both mind and body, when both are healthy, the seed of spirituality blossoms itself – spirituality, the self realization just needs right kind of environment.

Breaths and thoughts are interconnected; change in breaths cause change in thoughts and change in thoughts cause changes in breath. That’s why self realization is possible through Yoga and Pranayam by controlling and regulating the breaths, because breath is connected with thoughts. And, going beyond thoughts or say to be in thoughtless is the requirement of self-realization.

Shallow breaths are concerned with the unease state of the mind and thoughts. Shallow breath is connected with all sorts of phobias, fears, anger, anxiety, tension and depression. When you take shallow breath just check the state of your mind and emotions. Shallow breathing is also not good for intake of oxygen; both mind and livers need plenty of oxygen to work efficiently.

Anulom Vilom Pranayam means alternate nostril breathing, i.e., left nostril and right nostril. From the Upanishads I found it of two kinds.

Before going ahead let’s clear out the meaning of Pranayam, Nadi and Vital Airs of the body, these three things will help you to understand Anulom Vilom Pranayam much better.

It is simple, Nidra (Sleep) with Yoga (merging with God) is – Yoga Nidra. If you do Sadhana or Meditation, you might have experienced this.

When you are ‘merged with God’ (Yoga), you feel great; isn’t it? And when in this stage one sleeps, one also feel ‘awesome’ – this is Yoga Nidra.

Yoga means 2+2 = 4; it does not mean Pranayam or making physical postures, but in Pranayam, Yoga (merging with God) also happens in later stages.

Well, I am not going in complicated theology, because whole Spirituality is very simple, and when one tries to make it complicated; it becomes hard to understand – even, out of senses sometimes!

But I’ll suggest following your Guru’s guidelines, when doing these types of things.
